When you fill out our booking form, call, text or email us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, city or address, email address, and details about your home and the service you need. Our website also records basic technical information, such as the page you came from and links you clicked, so we know which of our ads and flyers work.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and perform your service, send your quote and inspection video, and follow up about your appointment. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the box on our form or text us first, we may send you texts about your inquiry and appointment, such as confirmations, reminders and arrival notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone, email, scheduling and payment providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.

Your choices and California rights
